Software: The game Blastorama and all related files, including but not limited to installation files, executable files, data files, and documentation.
Producer/s: All parties involved in the development, publishing, and distribution of the Software including but not limited to Satellite Moon.
Use: Download, possesion, transfer, distribution, execution, or non-execution.
DISTRIBUTION
The Software may not be distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Satellite Moon.
RESTRICTIONS
Use of the Software without first paying the applicable registration fee is illegal and in violation of this license.
You may not rent, license, sub-license, decompile, modify, reverse-engineer, dissassemble, or otherwise reproduce the Software in any way without the prior written consent of Satellite Moon.
TRANSFER
You may transfer the Software to another person in its original, single installation file only. The transfer is not valid, and you are not released from this license, unless the Software is no longer in your possesion in any form.
DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. You agree that the Use of the Software is at your sole risk. The Producers assume no liability for any damages that result from the Use or inability to Use the Software.
TERMINATION
The license shall automatically terminate at any time by destroying the Software, and as otherwise stated in this agreement.
CONTROLLING LAW
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Software.
